Heroes of Newerth

I had not had a chance to play this game until recently. I didn’t play it because it costed 30$ to start an account. But as of August 1, 2011 the game is FREE TO PLAY! And, I must say it’s a nice alternative to League of Legends. Like LoL it’s a polished, nice-looking game. I recommend it Check Heroes of Newerth out

DOTA 2

This will be the sequel to Defenders of the Ancients. Valve is developing it. There’s not a lot of info on the game yet, but Valve will be showing the game off at Gamescom August 17-21, 2011 in Germany. I have high expectations for this game. Its a Valve game after all.

Realm of the Titans

Another game like League of Legends, its currently in closed beta. I’m in the the beta and I can tell you, the game isn’t that pretty, but it is fun all the same. Maybe its just fun because I’m able to beat up the other noobs — I can’t be sure. If you like game like League of Legends you’ll probably like Realm of the Titans.

Rise of Immortals

I haven’t had a chance to play this one yet, but I’ll get around to it. It looks decent. Like RotT, its not as polished and this game doesn’t feature a lot of champions so far. But this game is currently in Open Beta. So try Rise of Immortals out for yourself!

SMITE

This game will be another DOTA-like game. Except, it will be played in a different perspective. Smite is in 3rd Person over-the-shoulder, like Gears of War. This game looks like its made well. Currently being beta tested, I believe. You can sign-up HERE. Check this video out!
